Overview:
Herdleinz Hotz was created by Buffalo local Jim Herdlein and was awarded the gold medal at the 2010 Buffalo Wing Fest Traditional Sauce-Off. The all-natural hot sauce touts both great flavor and heat, and, in our opinion, is one of the best we've had the pleasure of tasting.
